Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your HelloTime subscription at any time from Workspace settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. No call, no form, no retention gauntlet.

After cancellation, your workspace stays active until the end of the current billing period. At that point it moves to read-only for 30 days so you can export data. After 30 days the workspace is deleted and data purged within 90 days.
