Terms of Service

1. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your HelloTime account and for keeping credentials secure. One person per user seat.

2. Acceptable use

No reverse engineering, no reselling, no use to violate applicable privacy or labour law. Monitoring features must be enabled only with clear disclosure to monitored users.

3. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Refunds issued within 14 days of first charge, pro-rated.

4. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms with 7 days' notice except where immediate action is required to protect the service.

5. Liability

HelloTime is provided "as is". Our liability is capped at fees paid in the trailing 12 months.
