Refund Policy

Monthly plans

You can cancel any monthly subscription at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again.

Annual plans

Annual subscriptions are refundable on a pro-rata basis within the first 14 days of the initial charge. After 14 days, cancellations stop future auto-renewals but previously paid fees are non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your workspace URL and the reason for the refund. Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Free plan

The Free plan is and will remain free. No refund applies.
