Time tracking in HelloTime

Start timers, work offline, use idle detection, and add manual time — everything the HelloTime time tracker can do.

  • Click the timer icon in the desktop or web app to start tracking against a project and task.
  • HelloTime tracks in the background even when offline — entries sync as soon as you reconnect.
  • Idle detection asks what you were doing when you return from a break. Keep the time, delete it, or reassign it.
  • Manual entries are allowed for retroactive time with manager approval.
