Workforce management
Leave that reconciles itself with attendance.
Policies, balances, holiday calendars and approvals live in the same tenancy as the clock-ins, so a day off stops being a WhatsApp message somebody has to remember at month end.
Included on every plan, including the permanent Free plan.
What it does
Leave is only useful if it agrees with attendance and payroll. Because all three sit on one tenancy, an approved leave day is already reflected everywhere by the time payroll runs.
Leave policies per group
Define entitlement, accrual and carry-forward rules and attach them to departments, branches or individual employees rather than running one policy for everyone.
Balances people can check themselves
Employees see their own balance and history without asking HR, which removes the single most common HR ticket in a growing team.
Requests with a real approval chain
Requests route to a manager. Nobody can approve their own leave — that is enforced by the product, not by convention.
Holiday calendars
Maintain your organisation's holiday list per site, so a regional holiday at one branch does not create exceptions at another.
Pre-loaded national and state holidays (coming soon)
Shipping a pre-populated India national and state holiday set so calendars do not have to be typed in each year. Until it lands, calendars are entered manually.
Leave shows up in attendance
An approved day off is not an absence exception. It appears as leave in the timesheet and stops generating anomalies for managers to clear.
Why it matters at month end
No second system to reconcile
Attendance, leave and timesheets are one dataset. There is no export-and-merge step between a leave tracker and a time tracker.
Payroll sees the same truth
Approved hours already account for leave when the payroll run picks them up on the Business plan.
Corrections are auditable
Changes to attendance records log actor, before value, after value and reason, so a disputed day has an answer rather than an argument.
It works for deskless teams too
Workers who never open a laptop request leave from the mobile app; managers approve from anywhere.

Questions
- Can employees see their own leave balance?
- Yes. Employees read their own attendance record and leave balance without needing a manager to look it up for them.
- Can a manager approve their own leave request?
- No. Self-approval is not possible in the product; requests always route to somebody else.
- Does leave affect payroll automatically?
- On the Business plan, approved hours — which already account for leave — feed the payroll run and payslip generation. India statutory deductions are a separate capability and are in private beta.
- Is leave management on the free plan?
- Yes. Leave and shift basics are included on the permanent Free plan for 1 user, with no card and no time limit.
