How does HelloTime price meeting recording?

Why no per-minute pricing?
Per-minute billing means surprise invoices and reconciliation work — exactly what Indian SMB finance teams want less of, not more. Fixed packs let you budget the line item like a utility bill. The Trial pack at ₹100 is small enough that anyone can try it.
Do credits expire?
Unused minutes sit in your workspace wallet and roll over for 12 months. You will get an in-app and email alert at 50%, 20% and 0% of remaining credit, so the team never runs out mid-call.
Is recording included on Attend / Track / Business plans?
No bundled per-user allowance at launch. Your base tier purchase gives the right to use the feature; minutes are pay-as-you-go via packs. New workspaces get 30 free minutes on first activation to try it.
When does this launch?
Meeting recording is on the HelloTime roadmap with pricing locked in. We are publishing the slab ladder now so customers can plan ahead. Sign up for the notify list and we will email when it ships.
Will pricing change after launch?
Slab prices and minute counts are locked in for the first 12 months after launch — what you see on this page is what you will pay. After 12 months we will publish any change at least 60 days in advance.
