Every paid plan gets a 7-day full-feature trial — no credit card. After day 7, your workspace either picks a paid plan or falls back to the permanent Free plan (capped at 5 employees). Your data is never deleted automatically.
Yes — and we publish the discount table on the pricing page so you don't have to call sales. Volume discounts start at 10% off for 11–25 seats and go up to 35% off for 501+ seats. Pay yearly to save another 20%.
Yes. The desktop apps track time offline and sync automatically when you reconnect. The mobile app caches clock-in events and uploads when network returns. Your team never loses an hour.
No. Screenshots, activity levels and app/URL tracking are all optional per project and per user, with clear indicators to your team. You stay in control.
Track keeps 60 days of screenshot history; Pro keeps 180 days; Business keeps 2 years. After that, screenshots are deleted automatically — purpose-limited under DPDP 2023 and GDPR. Need longer for a labour dispute or audit? Business plans can place a per-user legal hold to preserve evidence indefinitely.
